If you are after somewhere which is within a 20 mins walk to the historic sites than this is a perfect property
Positive: Conveniently located for the marathon, situated just in the outskirts of the old town. Plus it came with parking
Negative: Everything was great. Mentioned a few niggles to the owners but apart from that we were happy with it.
