Filthy horrible dangerous apartment! Positive: Nothing Negative: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! showers and shower curtains were broken. Shower tray was leaking. No bath mats No tea towels Not enough towels (tried to charge €5 each when we requested more) Awning hanging off dangerously Holes in ceiling where lights should have been Bulbs missing from lamps Curtains hanging off wall Shortage of bedding Third bedroom was not a bedroom and had a dirty sponge mattress 2 clothes hangers No drawers One wardrobe only opened half way Only 2 sun loungers Dead plant Dangerous broken glass in door When we saw a review (after we had paid €2300) we contacted booking.com requesting a refund due to this horrific property. There were several phone calls. Booking.com did not deem it necessary as the “host declined” the refund request We contacted the host with our concerns. The Host advised that everything was repaired for our arrival. Disgraceful. Every communication appears to be AI. This property should be removed from booking.com. It is not worthy of 1 star. We are so disappointed and angry.

A €7,000 holiday shouldn't involved roof repairs, electrical faults, flooding bathrooms!! Positive: There was nothing I liked about this property Negative: Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing holiday rental experiences we've had. The property was advertised as a quality 3-bedroom apartment in Marbella, but the reality was very different. Upon arrival, we discovered multiple serious maintenance and safety issues. There were holes in the roof, the lights in my son's bedroom did not work, and the shower tray leaked badly, flooding the bathroom floor after use. There was also cracked glass in the patio doors, which was particularly concerning from a safety perspective. The apartment's location was also misleading. Rather than being in a desirable beachside setting, it was situated on a busy main road. The traffic noise was relentless throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Conditions were so poor that my son was unable to use his bedroom and had to sleep in the lounge for the duration of our stay. The parking situation was equally frustrating. The advertised parking space was occupied and apparently being rented to someone else, meaning we were unable to park our vehicle. This was especially problematic as we had specifically chosen the property with parking in mind. What has made the experience even more disappointing is the handling of our complaint. We paid approximately €7,000 for this holiday and have received no refund whatsoever. The reason given was that we left the property and did not allow the host an opportunity to fix the issues. Frankly, when you're paying a premium price for a holiday, it is not reasonable to expect guests to spend their vacation accommodating plumbers, electricians and plasterers while major defects are repaired around them. We rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective guests deserve an honest account of our experience. The combination of significant maintenance problems, safety concerns, intolerable noise, parking issues, and the subsequent refusal to provide compensation means that we cannot recommend this property.

Positive: Die Lage direkt am Strand Negative: Bei Check-in (6.7.) war die Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig; sie wurde nach ca. 3,5 Tagen (Abend des 9.7.) komplett neu installiert und war danach funktionsfähig. Auch die Grundreinigung war bei Ankunft mangelhaft - wurde nach den Reperaturarbeiten teilweise nachgeholt. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt zudem grundsätzlich über keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kleiderschrank. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer war defekt, die Matratze wurde aber nach 3,5 Tagen. ausgetauscht. Die zur Straße ausgerichteten Zimmer sowie die Terrasse waren durch Straßenlärm stark beeinträchtigt. Eine beschädigte Markisenbefestigung auf der Terrasse war bei unserer Abreise weiterhin nicht repariert.

We did not stay as the apartment was not as described and had health, safety and hygiene issues. The host has been unresponsive to my refund request. Negative: The property is not as described on Booking.com where the photos displayed look nothing like the apartment does now. The bathrooms were mouldy and the shower was unusable in one bathroom. The upholstery furniture was stained, tired and the cleaners simply covered with a bed sheet. Three of the four sunloungers were torn and unusable. The loungers were dirty, stained and rusty. The terrace was unkempt with weeds and broken furniture. The awning was in tatters, hanging out the ceiling and the metal frame was twisted rendering it unusable. The third bedroom was off the kitchen (not stated on the spec) and had no ventilation. There was no air conditioning system but a ventilation system instead. The seal on the fridge looked broken and the fridge needed a clean. This was not an exclusive apartment as described and not worth the money paid. We left and booked another apartment and are yet to receive a response from the host about a refund 5 weeks after we left.

Positive: El apartamento no era para nada como se ve en las fotos, no habia frazadas, el aire no funcionaba y estaba todo sucio, le pedi que me devolvieran el dinero porque era lo mas justo, siento que me robaron. No se dejen engañar.
