Positive: Zeer goede locatie, zalig terras, mooi uitzicht, rustig geleden, goede bedden, aangenaam en proper appartement, snelle respons van verhuurder Negative: hoofdkussen vond ik nogal dik, nogal krap in handdoeken en er zijn geen basics aanwezig in de keuken (zout, peper, suiker, ...) maar dat zijn details we hadden een fantastisch verblijf

Beautiful views aside, the apartment lacked basic amenities and comfort, making the overall stay disappointing given the Positive: The beautiful views Negative: We stayed at this apartment from 18 January to 24 February. Despite the beautiful views, our overall experience was very disappointing. Shortly after arrival, we warned the owner that the water temperature was far too hot and posed a safety risk. No action was taken, and suddenly steam came out of the taps and boiler, filling the laundry room. It was totally frightening. A short circuit cut off electricity for several hours and left us without hot water for 24 hours. The boiler explosion caused a pipe to burst in the wall behind it. The owner’s father temporarily put the boiler back into service. The apartment was poorly equipped for a six-week stay: no extra towels or bed linen, no mugs, tea towels, dish brush, salt, pepper, oil, or rubbish bins in the bathrooms. There was no non-slip mat in the bath, which had to be used as a shower due to insufficient water pressure in the second bathroom. We had to buy basic items ourselves. There were no cleaning products or vacuum cleaner. When requested, the owner said people in Spain use only a broom and dustpan. She later vacuumed once with her personal machine but told us to use the broom in the future. The apartment was freezing on arrival, with no welcome information or heating instructions. It took more than 24 hours to warm up. The master bedroom bed was dangerous: a wooden frame with sharp angles caused cuts and bruises, the mattress was too small and slid constantly, and pillow slips and sheets did not fit. We had to improvise using sofa cushions to sleep comfortably. Some issues were addressed after repeated complaints, but new problems continued, including a broken bedroom blind near the end of our stay. We paid a premium price and expected a higher standard. While the views were beautiful, the safety concerns, lack of basic amenities, and ongoing maintenance issues made this stay far below expectations.

Było ok Positive: Widok jest super, lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Ogólnie czysto. Negative: Szczególnie zimą, słaba temperatura w pomieszczeniach. Ogrzewanie przez nawiew, nie dawał rady. Podłoga zimna. Ogólnie jest ok.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the apartment. Positive: We really enjoyed the apartment — it has plenty of space, a very comfortable living room, a lovely view, and the added bonus of a private parking spot. We knew about the location and distances beforehand, so everything met our expectations.” Negative: While the apartment was generally comfortable, a few things could be improved — particularly in the kitchen. The washing machine didn’t work, and some of the cookware, like the pans, is quite worn and due for replacement.
